What Keeper is
Keeper is a password manager. It runs as an extension in Edge and remembers all the booth logins so you don't have to. Anytime this guide says "log in" to a website, that's where Keeper comes in.
How to use it
When you land on a login page (SermonAudio, Stream Deck, anything else):
- Click the Keeper icon in the Edge toolbar (the orange key icon, top-right).
- If Keeper asks for your master password, type your computer login.
- Pick the entry that matches the site you're trying to log into.
- Keeper fills in the username and password. Click Sign In on the site.
Most of the time Keeper will offer to fill the form automatically the moment you land on the page — just pick the right entry from the popup.
If something's off
- Keeper doesn't show an entry for the site: flag a tech, don't try to create one yourself.
- Master password isn't accepted: double-check you're typing your computer login (not anything else). If that's correct and it still won't take, flag a tech.
- Keeper icon isn't in the toolbar: flag a tech to reinstall the extension.
